Zash Country Boutique Hotel is a visually stunning, design-led boutique hotel which expertly
blends old features and modern design to create something quite special and unique. The
main building of the hotel was a country manor in the 1930’s which enjoyed citrus groves,
vineyards and a winery. The citrus groves still exist and fill the air with delicate fragrances.
The abandoned wine cellar is an integral feature of the hotel, playing host to the restaurant
serving creative gourmet cuisine. The 10 rooms at this hotel are in the main house. Guests can
enjoy an outdoor pool, indulge at the contemporary spa centre, book a horse riding tour and
explore the local countryside on bicycles provided by the hotel. The Zash Country Boutique
Hotel will stimulate all your senses and is a perfect choice of boutique hotel for a romantic
escape in the Sicilian countryside.
